First Contact; Once you get in touch with the team at Twin Builds, we will organise a time that works for you to sit down and discuss the ideas and needs you have.

Feasibility: Once we have discussed your ideas, we will go back to the office and provide you with an estimate of what the project will roughly cost. A concept set of plans may be required to give this estimate depending on the scale and type project.

Projects Plans: Using the best designers and architects we take the time to make sure nothing is left off the plans. this means you end up with what you want as the end product.

Quote and finalising: once you are happy with the designs and plans are finalised twin Builds ltd will then give you a estimate/quote.

Contracts: As soon as the client is happy with the quote a contract will be made stating the project and works involved.

Work Begins: After the contract is signed, we will work with you to give you a start date for the project and then we will get underway with the work.

Completion of Works: We provide and extensive checklist before we hand over the project for completion. This means the client gets the best outcome possible. we will also have your home or space professionally cleaned to make it sparkle.
